Short Description

This tour will bring you to Inle Lake located in the Eastern Shan State famous for its natural scenic beauty and legs-rowing of Intha. And also, Phaungdawoo Pagoda festival is very famous all over the country and celebrated in the month of September. The four golden Buddha images are ferried on a replica of a royal barge around the Inle Lake shaped like a Hintha. It last for 18 days and locals carry out leg-rowing boat races on the channel between the villages. During the Phaungdawoo Pagoda festival, it is the best time to observe the colorful tribes around Inle Lake and nearby. You can observe the culture of Shan and see the amazing natural scenic around Inle Lake.


Day 1 (Arrival)

When you arrive at Yangon International Airport, your representative will meet you and bring you to the central Yangon. Your coach will stop at the front of the City Hall and Mahabandula Garden with Independence monument. From there, start your walking tour to the Colonial area known as Pansodan. You will see the historical buildings from Colonial Days. Have a look at bookshops and art galleries. Then, Take your lunch at the local restaurant and transfer to your hotel. After checking in, visit to the beautiful reclining Buddha image named as Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda. In the evening, your guide will bring you to the Shwedagon Pagoda for your magnificent sunset. Exploring around the pagoda complex will give you fresh and pleasant. Observe the culture of Buddhist and head to the Karaweik Palace located in the Kandawgyi Garden for your dinner with cultural show. Back to hotel and overnight.

Day 2 (Yangon-Heho-Inle Lake)

In the morning, your guide will meet you at hotel and transfer to airport for your flight to Heho. At Heho airport, your representative will meet you and head to Nyaung Shwe where Inle Lake situated. From Nyaung Shwe jetty, transfer to your hotel by boat and visit to Ngaphechaung monastery, Phaungdawoo Pagoda, Weaving village, Cherrot making village and floating plantation. Have a Shan traditional food for your lunch at local restaurant. In the evening, back to hotel and overnight.

Day 3 (Indein)

Early morning, your guide will lead you to the rotating colourful mobile market and explore around the market. Observe the colourful tribes from the villages nearby. On the way, you can observe the traditional legs-rowing of Inthas. Then, visit to the Indein ruined ancient pagoda complex from 17th to 18th century along the small creek by boat. On the way, observe the very beautiful sceneries with Blue Mountains covering green forest as natural. Your lunch will be at restaurant in Indein. Exploring more than 1000 Shwe Indein ruined pagodas and back to hotel on the same way and transfer to hotel. Have a dinner at your hotel and overnight.

Day 4 (Inle Lake-Heho-Yangon)

Your guide will lead you to Heho airport by coach. From heho, flight to Yangon and your coach will bring you to the National Museum. It is a fourth storeies building located on Pyay road. After exploring the museum, we will serve your lunch at local restaurant. Your guide will arrange for your last minutes shopping at Bogyoke Aung San Market. There is more than 2000 shops including souvenirs, gems, gold, clothing, wedding, art galleries and antique shops. In the evening, bring you to the Botahtaung Pagoda with nanthida jetty river site and dinner at local restaurant. Then, your guide will transfer to your hotel.

Day 5 (Departure)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the Yangon airport for your international departure flight.
